Suzanne has more than two decades of experience teaching workshops and artists privately from all over the English speaking world. Whether you are a beginner, an emerging artist, an exhibiting artist Suzanne’s keen eye and skillful conversations and demonstrations can help you develop your art practice. She can help you get over blocks, fears, confusions, help you set goals, accountability, find your market, etc., so you can become the free expressive artist you are meant to be.
One-on-one sessions are 60 minutes in length.
Cost: $125/per session

Choose from the list of topics in the PDF File below and Suzanne will prepare three exercises for you in video form on the topic. (Suzanne will need 2 weeks to prepare the lessons) Then you will have most of the month to explore the topic and do the exercises. The last week of the month, you will book a one-on-one 50 minute session with Suzanne to go over the lessons and discuss your process, questions, concerns, etc.
Cost: $225 for one month, $1000 for 5 consecutive months

PRIVATE ABSTRACT ART WORKSHOPS/art experiences
ONSITE OR in studiO FOR ADULTS
I am available for hire to facilitate private abstract art workshops for learning and fun at your site. Usually the art experience is for 2 hours but it can be longer if you desire. 5 person minimum is required. I am willing to work with groups as large as 65 plus people. I provide all supplies. No art experience is necessary, just a willingness to try something new, explore and have fun. In the time we are together, participants will paint, collage and create a memorable image complete with matt, ready to frame. No experience is necessary.
Do you want your business or corporation to have an intuitive art experience to enhance creative thinking, teamwork, cooperation, etc?
Do you want to include an art experience in a birthday party, a bridal shower, a baby shower, anniversary, etc., to celebrate togetherness, to honor someone special, to bring joy, to laugh, to build memories, to play, to foster connectedness and closeness?
Do you want to have a fun evening of wild creativity pairing it with wine or food for family, friends, etc?
Do you have a group, minimum of 5 people, up to 65 or more people that you want to give a unique and engaging and fun art experience?
I provide a fun and easy hands-on art experience for your special group, small (minimum of 5 people)or large (up to 65 or more) at your location.
I also host have small private groups in my studio in Sebastopol, CA. Minimum of 5, maximum of 8 people.
Once you tell me about your event, I will create an art experience and provide you with a bid for your event.

My education consists of a BFA at UC Berkeley in psychology and design, an MFA from Mills College in sculpture and photography, and an Art Therapy Certificate form Sonoma State University. In 2014 I did an intensive half year mentoring program with a professional working artist.
As a professional artist I have been teaching workshops and mentoring students for over 20 years. I have taught in various venues and conducted private and corporate workshops both at my studio and on site.
