JEFFREY TOVER is an award-winning Northern California abstract painter, living and working in Benicia.  While he is largely self-taught, he has studied under Glenn Hirsch at the San Francisco Art Institute.

Jeffrey’s fondness for abstract art has been from the love of color, form, and line, primarily inspired from the works of the Abstract Expressionist artists from the 1940s and 1950s.  Utilizing a wide variety of tools and materials to create his compositions, his images are meant to create a deeper connection with the viewer and to develop a dialogue of mutual understanding through art.
